Meet Joshua Slavin
Josh Slavin dedicates his legal practice to helping everyday people and small businesses rather than big insurance companies and corporations. He focuses on serious injury cases and civil cases against institutions that enable child sexual abuse and other crimes against the vulnerable. He has obtained more than $10 million for his clients over the course of his career. He understands that the sensitive nature of his clients’ cases requires a soft-touch with his clients and aggressiveness with defendants.
As a small business owner himself, he also makes himself available to help small businesses navigate challenging legal issues.
Josh graduated from Penn State Dickinson School of Law (State College campus), where he was chair of the Moot Court Board and competed in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition. From there he practiced in Philadelphia, PA with a leading workers compensation lawyer before making the Charleston area his home with his wife and daughter.
Josh is admitted to practice law in South Carolina and Pennsylvania and practices across the state of South Carolina, including in federal court.
Meet Travis White
Travis White focuses his legal practice on representing those who have been injured due to the negligence of others, including car wreck victims, survivors of abuse at institutions, and those harmed by medical malpractice. Travis also advocates for clients in premises liability cases, handles defective products and warranty claims, and assists homeowners with insurance denials.
Drawing on his experience as an attorney at a high-volume insurance defense firm in Baltimore, Maryland, Travis leverages his knowledge of how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims to provide his clients with a distinct advantage at the negotiating table and in court. Prior to his work in insurance defense, he served as a lacrosse coach and a student teacher, experiences that shaped his dedication to his community.
Travis graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law and earned his Bachelors of Arts from The University of the South. Admitted to practice in Maryland, he is currently pending admission to the South Carolina Bar.
